Cross the Rio Uruguay by boat between Salto and Concordia: ten minutes on the water, with an international border in the middle of it.

Departures from Salto 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM; return crossing from Concordia 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Be at the port 30 minutes before departure.

Important Runs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, subject to river and commercial conditions. Passengers only — bicycles travel free. Passport required; immigration is handled at each dock. Life jackets provided. Free cancellation up to 24h before.

To arrange it I pass your name, contact details and the details of your request to the operator, and nothing else; I do not use them for anything else. On the day itself you pay the operator directly, in Uruguayan pesos at the equivalent of the price shown in US dollars, either in cash or by bank transfer.
