About 20 minutes in a small aircraft for up to 3 people. The route is agreed with the pilot before take-off: Salto, the Daymán hot springs, views of the Uruguay River and the countryside around them.

The flight is a baptism flight with the Centro de Aviación Salto, the city's flying club: a non-profit supervised by Uruguay's civil aviation authority, DINACIA. The flights are flown by commercial pilots, and what you pay goes to the club's aircraft and running costs. You take off from Nueva Hespérides, Salto's airport.

Important The departure time is agreed with the pilot after booking, depending on the weather and the club's availability; there are no fixed daily slots. Bring photo ID and be at the airport 30 minutes before your flight. Subject to weather; weight limits may apply. Free cancellation up to 24h before.

Nothing to pay up front. I'll confirm your booking by WhatsApp or email within 12 hours, Monday to Friday. To arrange it I pass your name, contact details and the details of your request to the operator, and nothing else; I do not use them for anything else. On the day itself you pay the operator directly, in Uruguayan pesos at the equivalent of the price shown in US dollars, either in cash or by bank transfer.
